Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy It is the CTF HSE policy to conduct all operations associated to its activities in a manner that protect people health and safety, respect the environment and preserve property.
CTF attaches the highest priority to health, safety and environment matters and consider that reduce the risks and hazards to levels which are as low as reasonably practicable to people health and safety, to facilities and to environment are an integral part of its strategic business objectives.
The implementation of this policy is indissociable of the line management responsibility and requires the individual contribution of every CTF employee and contractor.
To accomplish this policy CTF is committed to : · Ensure that this policy is made available and readily understood by the interested parties; · Comply with health, safety and environment relevant regulatory and legislative, usual standards and customers requirements; · Develop and maintain an effective HSE management system; · Provide properly engineered facilities, process, tools and workplace free of recognized safety hazard and maintain them in a safe and secure condition; · Provide professional staff and sufficient resources to support health, safety and environment protection; · Define and develop procedures and practices to work safely in all circumstances and minimize environmental impact of its activity ; · Provide training to enable staff to work in a healthy and safe way; · Undertake health, safety and environment protection awareness and education campaigns; · Monitor its performance using audits and management review, and take necessary corrective measures; · Review its policies and procedures on health, safety and environment whenever necessary; · Undertake all operations with proper regard for the environment, and strive to reduce environmental risk to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable; · Establish contingency plans that counteract the effects of incidents.
