· Implementing an Entreprise Resource Planning

- The first step has concerned humain ressources management, financial and accounting management.

- The second step will involve trade management and will be finalised during 2009.

· Implementing Health Safety and Environment Management System with compliance to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and cerfification is planed in 2009.

· Organization of a training course for 16 Senior technicians in oil drilling with the assistance of the National School of Engineers of Tunis "ENIT" and the Algerian Center of Development and Application of the Oil and gas Techniques "NAFTOGAZ".The second year of training began in september 2008, the end of the cycle is scheduled for the december 2009.
